Do you miss reading library books? Through the RESERVE AND RECEIVE SERVICE (RRS) you can now borrow printed books from the library. See the details below for the step-by-step guide.

Note: Students with unreturned books or unsettled accounts will not be allowed to borrow books until accounts are settled. Click here to view the procedure on how to return library books or how to settle library accounts.

How it Works:

Step 1
Fill out the RRS FORM.

Step 2
Wait for an email notification from the librarian.
Note: Wait at least 2-3 working days for the confirmation.

Step 3
For pick-up: 
Grade School LRC

For courier delivery:
Book delivery via courier of your choice. Write the librarian’s name as the contact person, indicate CSA Address: Colegio San Agustin Grade School Department, Corner Palm Ave., Carissa St. Dasmarinas, Village Makati, City as the pick-up point, and your house address as the drop-off point.

Step 4
Return the book/s to CSA GS LRC on or before the due date.

Loan Period for all books: 1 month. 
Example: 
Date borrowed: January 9, 2023 
Date for return:  on or before February 9, 2023
